Usage

Mix two tablespoons of your chosen Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix powder (26 grams) with two tablespoons (28 g) of Protein Drink Mix with 250 ml of cold water.
When used for weight loss: Replace two meals per day with this delicious shake and eat one nutritionally balanced meal or Replace three meals per day with this delicious shake.

Once per day, mix 1 scoop (supplied with product - 6.8g) of Oat Apple Fibre Drink with 150ml of water or enjoy it by adding a scoop to one of your Formula 1 Shakes.

Take 1 Formula 2 Vitamin & Mineral Complex tablet daily if you are consuming 2 or 3 Formula 1 Shakes.

Instant Herbal Beverage - Mix ½ teaspoon (approx 1.7g) of your chosen beverage with 250ml of hot or cold water. Drink as and when required.
