DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Enjoy a Formula 1 shake every day as a nutritious meal. Gently shake the canister prior to each use as content may settle.
To prepare a delicious shake, mix two scoops of powder (26 g) with 250 ml of cold, semi-skimmed milk (1.5 % fat).
Or for a vegan friendly and naturally lactose free shake, mix two scoops of Formula 1 (26 g) with two scoops of PDM Vegan (28 g) and 300 ml water
Recipes Formula1 Pineapple Coconut
Pineapple and coconut sorbet
Preparation time: 10 minutes, plus freezing time
Cooking time: 0 minutes
Ingredients for 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 100ml tinned light coconut milk
- 104g F1 Limited Edition Pineapple Coconut
- 400g Greek style plant-based plain, high protein yogurt
- 100ml cold water
- 60g finely chopped pineapple
Method:
1 In a large bowl, whisk 3 tbsp of the light coconut milk with the F1 Limited Edition Pineapple Coconut until completely combined, then gradually whisk in the remaining coconut milk and the yogurt, until smooth. Whisk in the water and transfer the mixture to a freezer-friendly plastic tub with a lid.
2 Scatter the pineapple on top of the mixture and top with the lid. Freeze for 2 hours, then stir with a fork to break up the ice crystals formed. Then scoop into balls with an ice cream scoop or large spoon. Freeze again for 2 hours. If serving after 2 hours, remove from the sorbet from the freezer 5 minutes before you want to serve it.

Pineapple, coconut and lime mousse
Preparation time: 35 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes, plus standing time
Ingredients for 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp agar flakes
- 200ml cold water
- 26g F1 Limited Edition Pineapple Coconut
- 28g Protein Drink Mix Vegan
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 200g Greek style plant-based plain, high protein yogurt
- 1/2 tsp desiccated coconut
- 2 x 250g serving dishes
Method:
1 Combine the agar flakes and cold water in a small saucepan and stand for 30 mins. Put the saucepan on the hob and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the flakes have dissolved. Stand for 5 minutes to stand.
2 In a large bowl or jug, combine the F1 Limited Edition Pineapple Coconut and Protein Drink Mix Vegan then gradually mix in the dissolved agar flakes and water mixture gradually until the mixture is smooth. Whisk in the lime juice and yogurt.
3 Divide the mixture between the serving dishes and chill for 2 hours. Top with a sprinkling of the desiccated coconut and lime zest, and serve.

Pineapple, coconut and berry smoothie
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients for 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 26g F1 Limited Edition Pineapple Coconut
- 200ml no sugar soya milk
- 15g blueberries, plus extra for decoration
- 15g raspberries, plus extra for decoration
- 50g ice
- 1 tall serving glass
Method:
1 In a large jug, place the F1 Limited Edition Pineapple Coconut and gradually whisk the soya milk in a couple of tablespoons at a time, until smooth.
2 In a food processor, blend the blueberries and raspberries together with a spoonful of the soya milk mixture from the jug, for 30 seconds or until smooth. Add the ice and pulse a couple of times to crush into small pieces.
3 Whisk the fruit mixture into the jug and combine all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into the glass, top with a blueberry and a raspberry, and serve.

Pina Colada Mocktail Slushy
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients for 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 50g mango, chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 26g F1 Limited Edition Pineapple Coconut
- 250ml no sugar soya milk
- 150ml ice
- 1 large glass
Method:
1 In a blender, place the ice and blend until very finely crushed. Transder the ice to a glass and set aside.
1 Blend the mango, lime juice, F1 Limited Edition Pineapple Coconut and soya milk until fully combined.
3 Pour the mixture over the ice and serve with a straw.
