Usage Basic Herbalife Wellness Programme

1. Replace one meal a day with a tasty Herbalife Formula 1 shake to help provide your body with the nutrients it needs daily. One container of F1 will provide more than 20 meals.
2. Formula 2: Take one tablet three times daily with meals.
