Bronze Level

3. Fill in Sponsor information and name: Sponsor Herbalife ID Number: ask me for this number +  Sponsor last name first 3 letters: BRO (My name will come up: Debora Brouwer)
4. Enter your details
5. Read the agreement and sign up
