Herbalife Formula 1 Shake
This package comes with 2 tubs of the famous Herbalife shake, which will be your meal 2 times a day. The F1 shake is a healthy, delicious low calorie meal that takes only seconds to prepare, and is the most famous Herbalife product.
Fibre and Herb tablets
Fibre and Herb tablets is a Fibre supplement to help you reach the recommended daily fibre intake of 25g per day.
Cell Activator is a special formula which supplies the body with B-vitamins (B1, B2 and B6), plus the essential minerals, manganese and copper for normal energy metabolism and zinc for normal carbohydrate metabolism.
Herbalife Quickstart Programme Instructions
- Replace two meals a day with the Herbalife Formula 1 Shake mixed with Oat Apple Fibre.
Just mix 2 flat tablespoons with 250ml of skim milk or water, and mix in a shaker or blender.
- Take one capsule Cell Activator three times per day, two tablets fibre and herbs three times a day.
- Drink a lof of water, consume 1 healthy meal and no more.
- Eat no more than three light snacks in between meals.
